During Australian office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm ACST) we are constantly monitoring the status of your host with automatic health checks and will respond within 2 hours if any issues arise.

The open-source Skyve Enterprise Platform is provided as part of Skyve Foundry hosting free of charge. Tailored support arrangements for the platform component are also available by request.
